Feeding America Annual Summit

 

The Feeding America Annual Summit celebrates the successes of the Feeding America Network of food banks across the United States and their mission of feeding hungry Americans.

Image Base has been producing the Feeding America Annual Summit for over 20 years, providing management, creative, and technical support. This event was staged in a very large ballroom, complete with 40’ center projection screen, side projection surfaces and dimensional set pieces. Additionally, Image Base produced numerous videos in advance of the 3-day event and while onsite. The conference culminated in an Awards Dinner with the organization’s major donors.

Image Base managed:

  • Staging and all Audio-Visual support

  • Onsite video production / editing

  • Provided support for a live 8-piece band

  • Stage Management and supervision of all technical staff

  • Pre-production of numerous video modules including client stories and the Donor of the Year case study
