• Remote Presentation Optimization: We’ll work with your presenters to ensure the audio & visual is clear and of solid quality, if presenting from home. We diagnose each situation, and as needed, send along “Produce at Home” kits with easy-to-use mics and lighting.

COVID Safety Protocols In Place: We are producing “in-person” video, whether that is recording interviews, handling a live streamed presentation, etc. Image Base has CDC-based safety protocols in place for social distancing, masks, etc.

Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards

The Chicago Commercial Real Estate community has gathered for over 30 years to celebrate their accomplishments at an annual awards gala. The event benefits the Greater Chicago Food Depository and has evolved into the single largest fundraiser of the year for the Food Depository. For the past 6 years, Image Base managed the production of this live event with an audience of 2,500 people.

In 2020, the event was forced to move into the virtual world, but the goals were the same - celebrate and honor the achievements of the real estate community, while raising much needed funds for an astronomical rise in the need to feed Chicagoland. This year, Image Base met the new challenge of bringing CREA 2020 to life via the web. We are already planning for an all-new virtual event in 2021.

RECENT EVENT:

Toyota Material Handling

Each year, Toyota Material Handling brings together dealer principals, salespeople and service managers from across North America to hear from TMH leadership, share best practices and network. This year, a four-day live virtual event was held in lieu of in-person meetings. Image Base collaborated with the streaming hosting company to create several elements for the virtual lobby as well as all general session content. NCSEA Awards Event

The National Council of Structural Engineers Associations hosts an annual awards event honoring exceptional contributions to the construction industry as well as outstanding projects completed in the previous year. The 2020 event was held virtually and stream lived to hundreds of viewers. Awards presentations and acceptance speeches were pre- recorded and packaged into a complete presentation.
